I'm not that far into it but the whole killing the rabbit with the stone thing rubbed me wrong and that was many pages after I started feeling like he is a jerk. There are beautiful moment, for sure.<br /><br />Also, as I was searching for images of the Park when he was a ranger, I stumbled upon his anti-illegal-immigration stuff which kind of set me off. <br /><br />But I'm going to keep reading because for years he was a hero to me.
