42 - crescent lake

I shot this image at a lake where we stopped for lunch on a day during our babymoon. What a great day it was. We pulled the Jeep right up to the boat launch and ate while gazing across the lake. I remember thinking about what it would be like to take a canoe across to those trees in the distance. I remember talking about setting rules, like no cookies until all the other lunch foods were consumed.

That was back before Baby arrived. At that time I couldn't imagine life with her. Now, I can't imagine life without her. I can't wait to return to Crescent Lake with our baby and our canoe.
