41 - two birthday cakes
Can you believe my girl is 3? This is today's cake for Lotus Bud's birthday.
Here is the cake from a week and a half ago, celebrating with her Florida cousins.
I've made four cakes now, since my resolution to make at least one cake a month. I have to work on the appearance of these cakes. People skeptically take a piece. They do give me praise when they taste it. Yet that look of doubt is clear when they see my little baked masterpieces.

ReplyDeleteElle! You were able to comment again. I am glad. Both cakes were very yummy and since Bud still little, her daddy and I got to eat most of the chocolate one.
