120 - Victor's Cuban Cafe


Victor's was the perfect place for a late morning breakfast meeting on a wet- rainy-soon-to-turn-snowy day.


It was a good place to pitch the MN Food Forum project to an interested party.  Over warm, rich coffee and yummy eggs with yuka frita (eggs havana) I persuaded a young revolutionary to join our attempt to create an ecolution.


Revolutionary cooking kicked off this new project.  I'm so very excited for this summer!
