Someone once said to me that she dislikes sitting around a firepit, that it is exactly like the way people zone out in front of the television. The difference to me is that the fire seems like a living thing. The wood is near the end of its existence and is providing us warmth. It is ever changing. D gets annoyed with me when every weekend I take photos of the fire. I can't get enough. I'm always searching for the next better way to capture this amazing light.
It's cool how changing the ASO by one notch completely changes the photo.
