cilantro slows me down and that's a good thing

This is the busiest week and weekend of the Fall for me.  I can't wait to be on the other side.

Making the most of the summer harvest I realized that cilantro slows me down in a very good way.  It used to drive me nuts.  My mother insisted that I separate each individual leaf, stems were not acceptable.  Today I enjoyed the task and it will likely help me enjoy all the challenges that this weekend brings my way.
