Pink is so last year...

I finally finished the sweater I started knitting in November 2012.  I was so excited to have it finished.  I know I need to block again, but it was great fun putting on the buttons I picked up in Moab, Utah.

I gave this "little buds" sweater to my little Lotus Bud and her response?  "Pink is not my favorite color, Moogy."  Ha!  Pink was her favorite color when I began knitting this, but now the favorite color is purple or violet (depending if she remembers the word for violet in the moment when she is asked).

This is a very good argument for finishing knitting projects in a timely manner.  A lot can happen in a year!
