the paint after the sick

Yet another illness has struck this home.  Little Lotus Bud had the 24 hour flu that means I dealt with vomit for 24+ hours.  Vomit all over the house, many loads of laundry.  Niobe has never been so sick as she has been this year.  I'm telling myself that I'm glad all of this hit now that she is older because we can communicate about it easier.

It's such a relief to move back to normal activities!  But I lost a preschool day so sunday becomes catch-up day as i try to lessen my week's worth of work.
