While temps are expected to warm considerably in this region, the snow in the woods is going to take longer to disappear. This last weekend we found that the melt had already begun but the low temps at night created big blocks of ice where the snow melt had collected. D took an axe to them and per usual, lined up the big chunks on the path that leads to the firepit.
