The Tie One On Baby Wrap
The Tie One On Baby Wrap (also known as the Moby wrap, I think) allows me to be the mommy that I want to be. Sitting out in the woods with the Baby Lotus Bud reading a book at a time near to sunset was totally blissful.
Now, I feel like I can do anything with her in my life. The other day I cleaned the house. I've walked around the neighborhood with her snuggling against my chest. These wraps are awesome.
I keep her nice and close, safe and sound, warm and snuggly. But, best of all, I can go about my business doing the things I want to do and need to do.

ReplyDeleteThis brought back memories of my great grandmother teaching me how to wrap one of my dolls in a shawl and tie her to me in the same way the mothers did with their babies. To see that idea developed into a purpose build wrap is lovely....as are these pictures.
