pristine

Tasting 100 different apples is on my Lotus List. This is a list item that I haven't been paying much attention to so I know that I'm much further on this goal. I've finally realized that if I take a photo of the apples, I'll be able to track them better.

This is a Pristine apple and it came to me from the orchard called Columbia Gorge in Oregon. Most of the apples are greenish-yellow but some of them are blushing a bit - such a shy apple. Because of it's high sugar content, the apples are both sweet and crisp. It was a nice addition to breakfast this morning!
